We do not ship to the following U.S. locations where Kratom is restricted:

UPS Weekday Overnight Shipping
OVERNIGHT ORDERS WILL NOT BE DELIVERED ON WEEKENDS!
Orders must be received by 12pm PST to ship on the same day, otherwise they will go out the following business day. No shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Friday orders will be delivered Monday. Contiguous US only, HI and AK excluded.
We do not control UPS, so can only guarantee that we will get your order to them in a timely fashion. Refunds on overnight shipping issued only if we are unable to pack and hand off your order in the time-frame described.
Shipment processing time
Regular orders are processed within 2-3 business days unless the item(s) ordered is in “PRE-ORDER” status. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. If we are experiencing a higher volume of orders than normal, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

All items are well inspected before shipping. Must report any shipping damages within 48 hours of receiving the item(s).
